The challenge

Your answers to the challenge stay in your browser. They are not sent to us unless you ask for your result by email.

Result email and launch news

If you ask for your result by email, we receive your email address, your score, the skills you missed, whether you ticked launch news, and the campaign tags of the link you arrived from (utm_ parameters). We use them to send you your result and the launch date, because you asked for it.

Launch news (1–3 emails) is sent only if you tick the box. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.

These emails are sent with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 9-17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France), which stores this data for us.

We keep this data for 24 months after our last contact with you, or delete it earlier when you unsubscribe from everything or ask us to.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC (formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC), 222 South Main Street, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101, USA) as merchant of record, under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.

We receive your name, email, country and order details, plus which page and campaign led to the purchase. We use them to deliver what you bought, give you access to the platform, answer support requests and meet accounting and tax obligations, and keep them as long as those obligations require.

Analytics and cookies

We may measure visits with privacy-friendly statistics that set no cookies and do not identify you.

Google Analytics or Google Ads cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Until you accept, no Google tag is loaded.

In your browser we store your cookie choice (localStorage) and, for the current visit only, the last buy button you clicked (sessionStorage), so the thank-you page can record which page led to a purchase.

Hosting and security

The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver pages, protect the site and limit abuse of the email form.

CV and job post (platform)

From launch, if you add a CV or a job post on the platform, we use them only to build your plan and run your mock interviews. We store them in the EU.

To analyse them, we send them to Anthropic's Claude API (Anthropic, PBC, a US company), which processes them on our behalf and does not use them to train its models.

We keep them while you use the platform and delete them on request.

Transfers outside your country

Some providers named here (Cloudflare, Lemon Squeezy and, from launch, Anthropic) are based in the United States, and SerOps is based in Tunisia. Your data may therefore be processed outside the European Union, under the safeguards these providers offer for international transfers.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within one month.

You can also complain to the Tunisian data protection authority (INPDP) or, if you live in the European Union, to the data protection authority of your country.
